With 10+ years on content design and design system teams, I thrive at the intersection of language, design, systems, and user experiences. My mission is to craft clear, compelling content that bridges the gap between complex technologies and user needs.

Currently, I work at Sage as a Principal Content Designer where I:

• Advise Content Designers and UX Designers on content design best practices

• Lead content redesigns for content guidelines and design system sites

• Develop and document content patterns for AI-driven features

• Facilitate workshops to solve content design challenges collaboratively

Before Sage, I was a Senior UX Writer at CrowdStrike, where I simplified cybersecurity dashboards and led a UX writing team through rapid growth. At Pearson, I co-founded the design system team, created UX writing guidelines, and designed content for higher education products serving diverse audiences.

My recent focus is on the intersection of AI and content design. I’ve completed a certificate in AI in Content Design from UX Content Collective, enabling me to create user-centric content for AI-powered products that balance innovation with clarity.

When I'm not crafting words on screens, you can find me hiking, baking, or rock climbing.
